The basis of any marinade or sauce should be EVOO, balsamic, sea salt, fresh ground pepper.

Want it thicker? Add Dijon or whole grain mustard, hot sauce, herbs etc.

Sweeter? Add raw honey, pure maple syrup, brown sugar, ketchup etc.

Tang? Lemon or lime juice, worchestershire sauce, champagne balsamic or sherry vinegar

Smoky? Stir in one of our smoked sea salts or peppers

Tips:  For meat or a fish filet, marinate in Ziploc bag for a minimum of 30 min or for best results, overnight. 

For vegetables, coat them in the EVOO before and during grilling. Drizzle or toss them with balsamic in a serving dish. Serve or return to grill for one final sear.

Neapolitan Herb dark balsamic + Chipotle, Garlic or Unflavoured EVOO

Pineapple white balsamic + Chipotle or Garlic EVOO

Raspberry or Pomegranate + Tuscan Herb, Garlic, Blood Orange or Lemon EVOO

Sicilian Lemon or Grapefruit + Tuscan Herb, Garlic or Wild Dill EVOO

Espresso or Dark Chocolate + Baklouti Green Chili, Chipotle, or Unflavoured EVOO

Any Berry or Black Mission Fig + Basil, Rosemary, Garlic or Wild Mushroom & Sage

Honey Ginger or Serrano Honey + Garlic, Chipotle or Cayenne

Coconut or Thai Lemongrass & Mint + Garlic, Cilantro & Roasted Onion or Basil

Tangerine or Red Apple + Garlic, Chipotle or Wild Mushroom & Sage

Vermont Maple + Butter, Chipotle or Toasted Sesame Oil
