Best Ever Tuna Poke

2 large sashimi grade Ahi tuna steaks ( 1 1/2 lbs.)
1/4 cup sweet yellow onion
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tsp Signature dark toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp grated ginger
1 Tbsp Clever Crow Awesome Sesame seasoning

1. Pat tuna dry and cut into 1/2 inch cubes

2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl
3. Add a bit of the dressing in at a time and taste it until you have just enough to enhance the flavour of the tuna
4. Can be served immediately or refrigerated.
