Black Cherry-Basil Marinated Lamb Chops
10 Lamb Rib Chops
1/2 cup Organic Basil Infused Olive Oil
1/4 cup Black Cherry Infused Balsamic Vinegar
2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 tablespoon Rosemary (Fresh And Chopped)
1 tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Dash Sea Salt
1. Place lamb chops in a resealable zip-lock bag. Whisk together Organic Basil Olive Oil, Black Cherry Dark Balsamic, garlic, rosemary, honey, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper and pour over chops in the bag.
2. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 18 hours).
3. Preheat grill. Grill chops over a medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side or until browned to desired darkness.
4. Serve with a side of potato or roasted veggies- enjoy!
