Cranberry and Red Apple Balsamic Marmalade


2 tbsp Blood Orange Infused EVOO

1 tsp kosher salt

2 cups fresh cranberries

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup Red Apple Dark Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 cup orange or lemon juice freshly squeezed


1. Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add cranberries, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt and orange juice. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.

3. Cook until the sauce is jam-like in consistency, about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, transfer to a container, cover and refrigerate up to one week.

4. Serve on our cider bread for a treat!
