Pomegranate Balsamic Glazed Rib-Eye Steak


¼ cup Garlic Infused EVOO

1/3 cup Pomegranate Dark Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Clever Crow or Tasteful Essentials Steak Spice

4 Rib-Eye Steaks


1. In a medium bowl, whisk the balsamic and oil until thoroughly combined. Liberally season meat with the steak spice and press into the steaks.

2. In a sealable container or large Ziploc bag, place rib-eye steaks and thoroughly coat with marinade. Refrigerate and marinate for 4 – 6 hours, or overnight, turning steaks at least once during the process.

3. Prepare the grill or broiler. Grill or broil to preferred doneness.

4. After cooking, allow the steaks to rest, loosely covered at room temperature for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
