Saffron Chicken Recipe


4 pieces of Chicken Breast or thigh

1 medium sized Onion

2 cloves of Garlic

2-3 tbsp Medium Intensity Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Saffron: 1 pinch , Crushed in 2Tbs of  hot water ( 1 packet of Paradis saffron, add two packets to enjoy the taste and aroma of saffron fully )

Salt and pepper to taste


1. Marinate your chicken in saffron, chopped onion and garlic to enhance the flavor and aroma.

2. Use 2-3 Olive oil and Sauté the Chicken in olive oil, add half a cup of water, close the lid and let it cook for 30-40 min on medium heat.

3. Let cool and enjoy!
