Southwest Dark Chocolate-Chipotle Dressing


4 Green onions, chopped
1 Avocado, diced
black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 C. Chipotle Olive Oil
1/4 C. Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

1. Whisk together Chipotle Olive Oil and Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar until emulsified…set aside.  Add
salt and pepper to taste

2. Add to a salad mix of chicken, lettuce, cheddar cheese, avocado, corn, black bean and cilantro.
