Strawberry Basil Daiquiris
3 cups ice
2 tbsp strawberry balsamic
6-8 basil leaves, plus 4 for garnish
8-12 ounces white, spiced, or strawberry rum (depending on degree of "thirst")
1 pound fresh (or frozen) hulled and halves strawberries
Juice of 1 fresh lime
Simply place all ingredients in blender and grind to desired consistency. Serve in four chilled glasses and garnish each with a basil sprig.
