White Balsamic Vinegars:

All of our white balsamic vinegar is aged for about 12 years using white trebbiano grapes originating from Modena, Italy. These balsamics are crisp, tart, and flavourful. They are perfect for adding to sparkling water, making a salad with, or enhancing any seafood dish. 

Cara-Cara Orange & Vanilla

The combination of 100% Madagascar vanilla and Cara Cara oranges make this beautiful 12-year-aged white balsamic a true palate pleaser. Perfect drizzled over a fruit salad, oatmeal, and yogurt, as well as chocolate or vanilla bean ice cream. For a refreshing drink, spike into sparkling water or your favourite mixed libation. Pair with Blood Orange, Eureka Lemon or Basil olive oil or our Roasted Walnut oil. Excellent with pork, poultry, and all vegetables.

Cascadian Wild Raspberry

Juicy, tart raspberry and luscious white balsamic come together in this bright, versatile infusion. Use it in shrubs, mixed cocktails, as glaze or make a marinade for poultry, in wilted spinach salad, over fresh cut fruit, to glaze salmon, and much, much more! Pairs well with our Garlic, Baklouti green chili, any herb or citrus infused oils, and when in doubt, the unflavoured EVOO.

Coconut

This White Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, playfully tart and bursting with the clean, natural flavour of coconut. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade, paired with Persian Lime, Cilantro & Roasted Onion or Basil EVOO. Splash in on fruit salad, yogurt or enjoy in a cocktail. Use it with seafood or chicken for a tropical flare, especially paired with our Garlic EVOO or Toasted Sesame oil. Drizzle it on grilled shrimp or add it to the boiling water for sticky rice!

Cranberry Pear

A bestseller that is crisp, clean and tart. This balsamic boasts a lovely deep rose blush. It has an amazingly fruity, complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Use to dress fruit or vegetable salads, as a marinade, a glaze for poultry, or even in a mixed drink!

Grapefruit

Our grapefruit white balsamic sparkles with crisp, clean citrus flavour. It has a perfect balance of acidity and natural sweetness. Try this amazing balsamic in dressings, paired with fennel. It makes a show-stopping grapefruit granita. Marinade chicken in this and our Medium/Robust EVOO or Tuscan Herb-infused olive oil, simply drizzle on a fruit salad, or flavour an ice cold glass of sparkling water. Pairs well with Blood Orange, Lemon, Baklouti Chili or Garlic Olive Oil.

Gravenstein Apple

The Gravenstein apple is an incredibly hard variety to find due to the difficulty farmers have cultivating it.  It’s grown in pockets up the coast of Northern California and prized for its amazing ambrosia perfume, and crisp, sweet-tart cream coloured flesh. Our balsamic marries the complexity of the Gravenstein’s larger-than-life flavour with our Ultra Premium White Balsamic Vinegar for a delectable culinary symphony. As always, all natural, no artificial flavours, thickeners, added sugar or caramel colour! Pairs nicely with our Blood Orange, Wild Mushroom & Sage or Chipotle olive oils. Even better with Roasted Walnut or Almond Oil!

Honey Ginger

Honey and ginger play well together and bring a gentle, spicy heat which balances perfectly with the moderate, natural acidity of our white balsamic vinegar. This condiment is superlative when paired with our Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil and positively shines with our Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil! Make an amazing marinade with our Garlic olive oil, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, fresh ginger and optional chili flakes.

Pineapple

Our golden Pineapple balsamic is sweet and tart with the heady aroma of fresh ripe pineapple.  This amazing, zesty balsamic is the perfect complement to fruit salads and fresh berries.  It adds substantial flavour without discoloring salads. Try pairing with soy sauce, ginger and our garlic EVOO for an amazing glaze. Pair with our Chipotle EVOO for a perfect smoky-sweet grill marinade.

Sicilian Lemon

Playfully tart and pleasantly sweet, our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic has a perfectly balance acidity and a crisp, lemon flavor and aroma. Fabulous with seafood, in dressings or in mixed drinks. Pairs well with Roasted Sesame oil for a fantastic salad dressing or marinade. Toss on all vegetables before steaming, grilling, or broiling.

Thai Lemongrass & Mint

Our Thai Lemongrass & Mint white balsamic is tart, crisp, clean and absolutely delicious. The natural flavours of Thai lemongrass and mint cooperate beautifully and make a dazzling base for marinades, dressings. For a taste explosion, add diced fresh, hot Thai chilies and cilantro. Use this Asian-inspired marinade to dress your seafood salad, noodles or use for a dipping sauce. Try mixed with rum for an out of this world mojito. Pairs well with Basil, Lime or Cilantro & Roasted Onion EVOO.
